Complete Installation and Training

First, our expert service technicians will install and align your cutoff machine, make all connections to loading and unloading equipment, then commision the entire system in coordination with your staff.
Next, we train your operators and create any special setups needed for your particular application.
Then we begin short production runs over the full range of tube sizes.
Finally, we train your maintenance staff in preventative maintenance and common service procedures, and we setup and test our VPN connection for remote support.
We'll stay onsite until your operators are proficient in operating the machine and until you're producing parts within tolerance and at maximum speed.    

24/7 Online Support

All it takes is a phone call and we can connect remotely to your machine and have real-time access to the touchscreen and the PLC. We'll run built-in diagnostic routines that identify problems, and we can help your people with special setups and new operator training. And we maintain a database of any service or trouble calls for each machine, so we can track your machine performance and spot any potential problems. Our goal is keep all our Hautau machines running continuously at maximum output and productivity.

Service Parts In-Stock

We maintain a complete inventory of spare parts for all our standard machines, and offer next-day or even same-day delivery for shipments within North America. 

Field Service

If you need a PM visit, or if you have a problem that requires immediate onsite service, we'll send only highly-qualified technicians. These are the same people that build and program the machines. We maintain a fleet of service vehicles stocked with parts and service tools, so high-priority service calls can be dispatched in just a few hours. Our commitment is to get your system back into production with minimum downtime.
