Tube Loading & Unloading Systems
We build several types of automatic tube loaders, to insure that you get the highest production rates from your tube cut-off machine plus the features you need for the materials you cut. As in all the equipment we build, our philosophy is: "When in doubt, make it stout." And it shows in the construction of our strong, reliable loaders.
Round Tube Loaders
Our round tube loaders include both chain- and strap-type bundle loaders, for loading tubes from .75 inch to 9 inch diameter, in lengths up to 42 feet. We can also supply reversed, rear-access loader to allow loading bundles from behind the tube cutoff lathe.
Shaped Tube Loaders
Our shaped tube loaders provide the solution to the challenges of trouble-free loading of square and rectangular tube bundles into our Dual-Blade Shear tube cutoff machines. These loaders also offer unique features for handling tubes that are too small or flexible to load from bundles, or tubes that have a critical surface finish.
Custom Tube Unloaders
Many cutoff applications also require automatic tube unloading, transferring and length inspection. We’ll work with you to supply a turn-key, integrated tube handling system that’s customized to your specific needs.
